As a private practice, I do not have a contract with public health insurance providers. You will receive an invoice, which can be paid via debit card. Unfortunately, cash payments are not accepted.

You may submit the invoice to your insurance provider and receive partial reimbursement. If you have supplemental insurance, you may be reimbursed in full.
